This is a three year course in Spiritual Energy Healing. Each three-day session includes lectures, instruction in various vibrational healing techniques and tools, experiential exercises and lab work, giving and receiving Spiritual Energy Healing (also known as “hands-on healing” and “bioenergetic healing”) based on the principles of Barbara Brennan Healing Science, guided meditation, and emphasis on healing/developing/strengthening all levels of your energy field, and connecting with your spiritual healing team.

You and your soul work together to heal and strengthen all aspects of your being, physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. The focus of this course of study is on becoming the “wounded healer”: one who has gone through the fires of transformation and is on the path of self-realization, so that you act from a position of personal power as you help others.

Successful completion of all class requirements, practice healing sessions and write ups leads to certification as a Spiritual Energy Healer.

Practice includes discoveries in shamanic journeys, introduction to shamanic healing, methods of journeying to meet and study with your individual spirit helpers in non-ordinary reality, learning how the journey is utilized to restore spiritual power and health and how shamanism can be applied to modern day life to help heal oneself, others and the planet.

Also during the second year, we study Healing With Sound and Color, Past lives and Subpersonality work through Guided Imagery and Hara Healing while we continue the study of Character Structure and its effect on the human energy field.

AYLB is a course to assist you in experiencing higher states of consciousness; flowing emotions; heightened creativity; a greater awareness of subtle energies, the higher dimensions, beings of light, and your soul and spirit, the source and essence of your being. 

People say that this course has allowed them to have direct experiences of the higher states of consciousness they had only read about and understood intellectually in the past. It does not involve a prior skill with meditation or higher states of consciousness, but simply a willingness to practice, be playful and inventive, and make a commitment to your growth. The light body is compatible with and can strengthen and deepen your experience of any other spiritual practice and beliefs you have.

Stepping into any path to enlightenment is a big leap. To facilitate your learning, we ask for the following commitments from you as part of your agreement to participate:

First: to attend all class meetings and be fully Present during all class times. Be mentally and physically healthy and well-rested.

Second: that you use the techniques you learn during the class weekends at least 3-5 times a week (or, perhaps every day, depending on your progress and preferences), including giving and receiving energy work, meditation and reading from the book list.

Third: that you take notes on some of your experiences and email us summaries (no photo copies or hand written papers are accepted) of your notes. These summaries can be brief or long; their purpose is to assist you in articulating your process and seeing your growth, and to allow us to serve you more fully. There are no right or wrong answers; these summaries are not a test.

Fourth: that you begin or continue some form of regular physical exercise at least 3-5 times a week. This will help you integrate the energies. The exercises can be whatever appeals to you.
