Awakening Your Light Body Path

People say that this course has allowed them to have direct experiences of the higher states of consciousness they had only read about and understood intellectually in the past. It does not involve a prior skill with meditation or higher states of consciousness, but simply a willingness to practice, be playful and inventive, and make a commitment to your growth. The light body is compatible with and can strengthen and deepen your experience of any other spiritual practice and beliefs you have.

We ask that you have the intent to finish this 6 part course when you enroll, as your commitment to this course will greatly influence your success in awakening your light body. Class meetings are spaced so that you have ample time to practice the centers in each part and gain some skill with them before learning the centers in the next part. Once you complete this 6 part course, you are a Light Body graduate and are eligible for all the graduate Light Body programs.

Why Study This Material Live?

For most people, there is no more powerful experience of these energies than in a group, with live transmission and facilitation. We create a space that deeply enhances your ability to sense, play with, and re-create the Light Body frequencies, enabling you to go farther and faster with greater ease. The environment we create, combined with the aligned intention and energy of the other participants, gives you a stronger, more powerful experience of these frequencies. Also, in a live workshop setting, you can ask questions as they come up, get immediate feedback, and bond deeply with others who are sharing this path of awakening with you. Our students tell us repeatedly they feel absolute safety and unconditional love and support in the classes. They are also surprised at how much fun it is to play in these high, beautiful spaces with others who are awakening.

In the live course, you will learn in one weekend what typically takes six to eight weeks to learn by yourself with the home-study course. You receive valuable information based on our own and others personal experiences of using and teaching these energies. When appropriate, we will also offer special coaching on some of the issues that come up for you in class. The classes are tailored specifically for your group, based on the enrollment questionnaire and your ongoing journal notes. Each cycle is slightly different, depending on the energy of those in your group.

The material in the live classes is continually evolving and updated. The live course also provides special energy transmissions tailored just for you, discourses, and partner exercises that help you get immediate feedback about how these energies work.

Your Commitment to Awaken Your Light Body

Awakening your Light Body is a big leap. To facilitate your learning, we ask for the following commitments from you as part of your agreement to participate:

First: to attend all weekends, and be on time and present for all classes. We have noticed that your experience will be enhanced if you refrain from all alcohol on the day prior to and during the days of classes. Alcohol lowers our vibrations.

Second: that you use the CDs of the processes at least 3-5 times a week (or, perhaps every day, depending on your progress and preferences). We will provide the CDs at the first class meeting.

Third: that you take notes on some of your experiences and send us summaries (or photo copies) of your notes along with your tuition installments. These summaries can be brief or long; their purpose is to assist you in articulating your process and seeing your growth, and to allow us to serve you more fully. There are no right or wrong answers; these summaries are not a test.

Fourth: that you begin or continue some form of regular physical exercise at least 3-5 times a week. This will help you integrate the energies. The exercises can be whatever appeals to you.

Fifth: that you not share the techniques with anyone until you have completed the entire series and have an understanding of the whole system. This can be a real challenge! It is natural to want to share something that works so powerfully, and you will see many people who can benefit from this work. However, effective transmission of these energies requires you to have a fully awakened Light Body, or else you will not be able to awaken all of the frequencies and energies in others. If you sponsor someone before you have the Light Body centers up and running smoothly, you can find yourself overwhelmed (energetically), and you will not be able to provide the level and quality of support that your students need in order to succeed in this material. In the last weekend, we will go over the steps you can take to become a teacher or sponsor.

Sixth: to experiment and play with applying these energies in your everyday life.
